1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AMPLIFI website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Nature of services

AMPLIFI provides technical services and consulting related to cryptocurrency asset management. Content on this website is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a guarantee. Any cooperation is subject to a separate formal agreement signed by both parties.

3. Investment risk disclosure

Important notice: Cryptocurrency and related investment activities involve high risk and may result in partial or total loss of principal.

• Market volatility may prevent expected returns from being achieved
• Technical risks, including but not limited to blockchain network issues and exchange platform outages
• Regulatory risks — applicable laws and regulations may change and affect service availability
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Only participate with funds you can afford to lose

4. User obligations

By using this website, you represent and agree that you will:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information
• Safeguard your own account passwords and exchange credentials
• Not interfere with, disrupt, damage, or access this website without authorisation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and your jurisdiction

5. Cooperation conditions

• Fund custody: Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times. The company does not hold your funds or private keys.
• Technical service fee: The company charges a service fee at the agreed percentage from the profit portion only when profit is generated. Principal is not subject to fees.
• Agreement signing: A formal online cooperation agreement must be signed before any cooperation begins, clearly setting out rights and obligations of both parties.
• No return guarantee: Any historical data or projected figures do not constitute a guarantee of returns.

6. Account security reminder

Company representatives will NEVER ask you for:

• Exchange login password
• Wallet private keys or seed phrases
• Email or mobile verification codes (OTP)
• Bank card numbers or CVV codes

If anyone requests the above in the name of the company, refuse immediately and report via official channels.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, icons, brand marks and visual design) is the property of AMPLIFI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMPLIFI shall not be liable for:

• Losses caused by market volatility or exchange-rate movements
• Losses caused by third-party platforms (exchanges, network providers) or service interruptions
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard account information or your breach of these terms
• Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, etc.)

9. Service changes and termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time. Material changes may be communicated through website announcements or email. If you breach these terms, we may terminate service immediately.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) for arbitration, or to a competent Malaysian court.
